I see where you go to property - access stats but it only says where and when it was downloaded or previed. But not a specific person. Would appreciate the help! Webwhen i download files off the internet to open up in mirosoft word, this box shows up and asks me to choose a encoding that we make the file readable. but none off the encoding work. what can i do to stop this happening so that i can read downloaded files without the box asking me to encode or atleast which encode to use. thank you :)
