The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered: WebHello, the project was originally created using MSP430 compiler 3.2.1 and outputting COFF format. But CCSv6 comes with a compiler version much greater (15.12.x) which does not support COFF (only ELF). The rts430.lib is for COFF while rts430_eabi.lib is for ELF.

WebJun 25, 2024 · The curious thing (and the reason I am requesting help here) is that there is no "System.B" anywhere to be found. A simple grep -R "*System*" .. does not lead to any results at all. What is "System.B"? Where does the "System.B" requirement come from? WebIts name must be specified in the Include file option and its path must be specified in the Linker File Search path (which it seems you already checked) - to double-check this, please see this post that mentions a quick way to inspect all options. Apart from this, I can't think of anything else that is necessary to include a library to a project.

WebAug 24, 2024 · If you fix this path also to point to the correct directory, it should find the libraries and that should resolve the linker errors. The path will be specified under Project Properties->Build->Linker->File Search Path, -l option.
