WebI am in the process of sending in 7 Fitbit Ionic Smartwatchs. I have received the refund for the 1st one, my limited edition Adidas. It took about 2 weeks and I received $329. I sent in 2 more and awaiting the refund of $299 for each smartwatch. I am waiting for the 4 recall packages from Sedgwick to send back the last 4 smartwatches. WebRecall hotline told me I just needed to contact Fitbit (she suggested Twitter) so they can validate ownership and get the ball rolling because I had opened a ticket with Fitbit for the issue that this recall is for, it was not covered on warranty any longer, and I disposed of the device a while back.
