I'm looking for a game with good graphics, a noice building and crafting system, randomly generated map, possibly multi-player and a good survival game experience (Something challenging that I would want to invest time into)

Games like Green Hell or The Long Dark aren't action packed enough for casual players wanting to explore the survival genre. Not sure what you mean about bad UI.. I think it's really good in this game between the map and the backpack.
