Happiness is determined by the players perception of: Team … Web30 de mar. de 2024 · I was so very close to just giving up the coaching system it was actively pissing me off and the changes are 100% an improvement over the old system, with actual ratings being visual not just reputation and AI hiring better coaches overall and out of other teams systems and coaching changes happing when staff issues are a problem.

WebI’m a newbie to this game so that probably explains why I’m having such a hard time but I literally can’t get my team to even achieve a winning record. It’s gotta be something I’m doing wrong. I even started a new save file and edited everyone on my roster to the highest ratings I could and I went 79-83 lol.
